Are your bracelets made of natural crystals/gemstones?
Yes. We promise that all our products are crafted from natural gemstones. Because they are naturally formed minerals, individual beads may contain slight internal ice cracks, cotton-like inclusions, or minor surface imperfections. These are unique natural signatures, not quality defects.
Will the actual product look exactly like the pictures?
We do our best to photograph items in natural light to capture their true colors. However, because every natural stone is unique in color and pattern, and screen displays vary, there may be slight color variations between the pictures and the actual product you receive.
How do I choose the right bracelet size?
Our standard women's bracelets fit a wrist size of 14-16cm, and our men's styles (marked "For Men") fit 16-18cm. We recommend using a soft measuring tape wrapped tightly around your wrist to find your exact size.
Can I wear my bracelet while showering or swimming?
We highly recommend removing your bracelet before showering, swimming, or soaking in hot springs. Chemicals from soaps and pool water can dull the gemstones' polish, and prolonged exposure to water will weaken the elastic cord.
Do the crystals need cleansing? How do I do it?
Many crystal enthusiasts believe stones absorb ambient energy. We recommend cleansing your bracelet every 1-2 months. You can place it on a bed of clear quartz clusters overnight or leave it under gentle moonlight to recharge its energy.
What if the elastic cord breaks?
Elastic cords are subject to wear and tear. We include a complimentary backup cord and threading wire in every package. If the cord breaks within 30 days of receipt under normal wear, please contact us for assistance.
